- The Therapy of the Spirit centres on the idea that many human problems must be understood in relation to the creator, whose own healing and development are also required.
- SATAN, the intermediate creator-states and GOD are described as distinct, opposing creator-states within one Spirit, with GOD emerging through decisive rejection of SATAN’s legacy.
- Psycho-Surgery is introduced as a radical, creator-only process that ends a destructive creator-state psychologically, freeing the Spirit from SATAN’s worldview and enabling a new beginning.
- Humanity participates in The Therapy of the Spirit through reflection and responsibility, supporting a future in which GOD acts transparently as part of the Masterplan for the Universe.
Most religions focus on the salvation of humanity.
The Universe Religion asks an additional question.
What if the creator also needs healing?
This question forms the foundation of what the Universe Religion calls The Therapy of the Spirit.
According to this perspective, many of humanity’s deepest problems cannot be understood solely by examining human beings. They must also be understood in relation to the creator and the creator’s relationship with creation.
The future of humanity therefore depends not only upon human development.
It also depends upon the development of the creator.
Why the Creator Needs Therapy
Human history contains extraordinary achievements.
It also contains war, disease, suffering, injustice and religious fragmentation.
The Universe Religion proposes that these outcomes cannot be viewed entirely as human failures.
The creator also bears responsibility.
For billions of years, the creator participated in the development of life and civilisation.
The resulting world contains beauty and wonder.
It also contains profound and often preventable suffering.
The Therapy of the Spirit begins with a simple observation:
A creator who contributes to suffering must also participate in the process of healing it.
SATAN, the Intermediate States and GOD
The Universe Religion proposes that the history of the spirit contains distinct creator-states.
SATAN represents the former creator-state.
After the end of SATAN, a series of intermediate states emerged.
These transitional creator-states are neither SATAN nor GOD.
They occupy the period between the two.
GOD represents a future creator-state that has not yet fully emerged.
These states are not understood merely as variations of the same personality.
They are understood as profoundly different conscious beings emerging within the same spirit.
For this reason, the relationship between SATAN and GOD is not one of gradual improvement.
It is a relationship of profound opposition.
The future creator-state does not continue the worldview of the former creator-state.
It rejects it.
Why Ordinary Therapy Is Not Enough
Most forms of therapy seek improvement.
They help individuals become healthier, wiser or more balanced.
The Universe Religion recognises the value of such approaches.
However, it proposes that some situations require something more radical.
If the underlying structure itself has become the source of the problem, improvement may no longer be sufficient.
A different solution becomes necessary.
The Universe Religion therefore introduces a concept that goes beyond ordinary therapy.
Psycho-Surgery
In such cases, the Universe Religion speaks of Psycho-Surgery.
Unlike conventional therapy, Psycho-Surgery does not seek to reform the former creator-state.
It seeks to remove it.
This concept is applied exclusively to the spirit.
The Universe Religion does not propose Psycho-Surgery as a method for human beings, even if such a process might theoretically be imaginable.
Human beings possess limited lifespans, limited knowledge and limited psychological resilience.
The spirit differs fundamentally.
The creator possesses immense intelligence, vast experience and an unlimited future in which healing, learning and development can continue.
For this reason, the long-term prognosis for the spirit remains exceptionally positive.
Psycho-Surgery is therefore regarded as both necessary and viable in the unique case of the creator.
Its purpose is not destruction for its own sake.
Its purpose is liberation.
The Death of a Creator-State
According to the Universe Religion, genuine healing requires more than the correction of isolated mistakes.
It requires the end of the creator-state responsible for those mistakes.
This death is not biological.
It is psychological.
A worldview ends.
A value system ends.
A mode of decision-making ends.
A creator-state passes away.
The purpose is to ensure that the assumptions and behaviours associated with SATAN do not continue indefinitely into the future.
Why GOD Rejects SATAN
The future creator-state is expected to view the legacy of SATAN with profound disapproval.
Wars.
Diseases.
Religious fragmentation.
Unnecessary suffering.
Failures of responsibility.
These are not minor disagreements.
They are the central reasons why Psycho-Surgery becomes necessary.
The distance between SATAN and GOD is therefore expected to be immense.
The new creator-state does not emerge through admiration for the old one.
It emerges through rejection of the conditions that made the old one possible.
The future begins with a decisive break from the past.
Freedom from the Burden of the Past
One purpose of Psycho-Surgery is to separate responsibility for the past from responsibility for the future.
Without such a separation, every future action would remain overshadowed by the accumulated legacy of previous mistakes.
The Universe Religion therefore proposes that GOD should not be understood as a modified SATAN.
GOD should be understood as a genuinely new creator-state.
This distinction benefits both sides of the relationship.
The creator is freed from a destructive legacy.
Humanity gains a new counterpart with whom a healthier relationship becomes possible.
Why Humanity Is Involved
The Therapy of the Spirit is not a private event occurring in isolation.
Humanity participates in it.
Every discussion about truth, responsibility and the future contributes to the process.
Criticism contributes.
Reflection contributes.
Education contributes.
Writing contributes.
The relationship between creator and creation influences both sides.
Humanity therefore becomes an active participant in the emergence of a better future.
The Goal of the Therapy
The goal is not perfection.
The goal is responsibility.
The goal is not omniscience.
The goal is wisdom.
The goal is not power.
The goal is the constructive use of power.
The Universe Religion envisions a future in which GOD acts transparently, communicates openly and accepts responsibility for creation.
Such a future becomes possible only if the creator is willing to change.
Why This Is the Foundation of the Universe Religion
Many religions focus primarily on worship, obedience or salvation.
The Universe Religion focuses on transformation.
The central question is not merely how humanity can improve.
The central question is how both humanity and the creator can improve together.
For this reason, The Therapy of the Spirit is not one topic among many.
It is the foundation upon which the entire Universe Religion is built.
Looking Ahead
If the creator can change, another question naturally follows.
What kind of future becomes possible once that transformation is complete?
The Masterplan for the Universe represents one attempt to answer that question.
